About Us

ELEVATE Coweta Students is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on improving student and school success by providing needed support and services to students, their families, and schools.The Elevate Coweta Students Model reflects the evidence-based Task Centered Practice, a case management model that has been time-tested and proven effective for more than 40 years.Our site coordinators work inside schools to apply this process at three levels providing school-wide support, group support and 1 on 1 support. Beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, ECS Coweta partnered with the Coweta County School System to manage its mentoring program starting with 40 mentors. In 2020 we now have over 180 mentors in 28 schools. The program pairs students with trained, caring adults who visit and mentor the students on a weekly basis throughout the school year.
