Meetings: Monthly, 4th Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. at the Chamber
The Membership & Marketing Committee:
· Works to enhance membership value through programs, services, and advocacy
· Conducts member surveys to determine wants, needs and satisfaction levels
· Evaluates Chamber events
· Identifies non-members and determines what would attract them to Chamber membership
· Conducts ongoing assessments of Chamber programs
· Works to create market-wide visibility for the Chamber to help drive membership growth and retention. Activities include increasing awareness of the Chamber’s brand, mission, benefits and value; identifying and capturing new sources of non-dues revenue; and developing targeted strategies for attracting and retaining members.
• Hosted several industry focus groups to better understand member needs and interests

• Completed process to re-evaluate all events to ensure quality and value
• Began process to conduct exit interviews with non renewing members
• Oversaw re-design of all Chamber program logos to conform to brand standards
• Developed new Chamber website
• Created Key Communicators email to deliver timely information in a cost effective manner
